  17. 1 tspoon sugar
  18. 1 tspoon lemon juice
  19. leaves Chhoped green coriander

Instructions to make to make Chana Daal Dhokla (Lentil Dhokla)

  1. In large bowl take daal rice soak in enough water for 4 hours drain water and transfer into mixi jar add ginger green chilly blend into coarse paste.
  2. Transfer into big bowl add curd turmeric powder salt 1/2 cup water forming smooth countisency
  3. Cover batter and ferment for 8 hours. After fermation add eno gently mix batter. Transfer in to grease plate then put into steamer and steam for 25 min. Cool and cut into pieces.
  4. For tempering -
    In pan heat oil add mustered seeds assofodeta curry leaves 1/4 cup water spilt green chilly sugar salt lemon juice mix get boil pour over dhokla spred add chopped green coriander leaves. Serve with chutny.
