- 1 fresh green chilli
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1 very small piece of ginger (optional)

- For making PANEER BHURJI SANDWICH you will need
- 4 slices brown bread
- (Use bread of your choice)
- as required Prepared paneer bhurji
- as required Prepared green chutney
- as required Butter for roasting

- Boil milk. As it comes to boil, squeeze lemon juice. Slowly stir with a laddle.
